Adobe Integrates AI into Premiere Pro

Adobe is set to transform Premiere Pro with new AI-powered video and audio editing tools.

Adobe plans on enhancing the editing experience in Premiere Pro with the integration of generative AI video tools, a move that aligns with the ongoing advancements within their Creative Cloud services. Already having incorporated similar AI functionalities in Photoshop, Adobe is now extending these innovative features to their video editing suite, Premiere Pro. The new features, powered by Adobe's Firefly AI model, will include a variety of tools aimed at redefining video production, such as capabilities for extending shots seamlessly, replacing or removing objects within a scene, and generating new footage from textual prompts or reference images. This suite of tools not only promises to save time but also to enhance the creative process, enabling editors to more easily generate storyboards and supplement live-action footage.
